BRAIN CASE: really about waste this time...

I swear I'm not obsessed with waste. But I am obsessed with intriguing research and innovative clinical approaches, and this article on fecal transplants presents all that (and more). Warning: not your average breakfast read. 

I'd heard a little about fecal transplants, but wasn't aware of their apparent clinical success. Strangely, it reminds me a little of Dr. John HarveyKellogg, of the original Kellogg (cereal) brothers, who, while professing a number of sexually strange or eugenically horrific beliefs, was firmly into gut flora, including a fruit diet, enemas and infusions of yogurt to change "intestinal flora", as he puts it in "The New Dietetics: what to eat and how":
